Refund Policy – GPS Bliss Resort

At GPS Bliss, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and comfortable experience. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Room Reservations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Food & Dining Packages

  • Pre-booked meal plans or dining experiences are non-refundable once availed.

  • If cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued.

3. Activities & Add-On Services

  • Activities (tours, events, wellness sessions, etc.) booked in advance can be refunded 100% if cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For cancellations within 72 hours, no refund will be issued.

4. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

In case of unavoidable events such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling your booking to another date, OR

  • Issuing a voucher/credit valid for 6 months.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any bank/transaction charges will be borne by the guest.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Same-day bookings.

  • Discounted or promotional packages.

  • Early check-out after the stay has commenced.
